3. Laser cutting head Professional cutting head of fiber laser is selected, which has the functions of Z-axis follow-up and high-pressure cutting. The height-following sensing cutting head adopts capacitive sensing monitoring, which provides stable and fast automatic adjustment of cutting height. Various nozzle matching designs can make it suitable for lenses with almost any focal length. With its confocal characteristics, its fixed-length body processing head can be equipped with optical lenses with different focal lengths. The focal length and nozzle height can be flexibly adjusted, including the coaxial adjustment of X-Y lens and nozzle.

4. Safety protection system The equipment is a high-power laser cutting equipment, and the laser radiation does harm to human body to some extent. Therefore, the safety protection measures of the whole system are extremely important. Laser protection part The laser part is marked with an icon, which indicates that there is laser output there, so as to avoid the harm caused by direct laser to human body; The outer shell of the laser is grounded to avoid personal injury caused by leakage of the equipment shell; Equip operators with appropriate laser protective glasses, which must be worn during the whole operation process; Before operating the equipment, the protective equipment must be checked for wear; When the equipment is powered on, it is not allowed to look directly at the laser head with eyes at any time; The laser equipment is equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can immediately stop the laser and power off the laser in case of emergency; When the laser is running, three-color status indicator lights are provided, which can display the operation status of the laser.
